Are there restrictions on how often I can use my home?

You’re welcome to reserve your home for personal stays whenever you’d like, provided (of course!) that you honor any guest reservations that are already on your calendar. For getting maximum bookings, we do recommend not to block your own property for more than 21 nights a year.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

At the time of beginning our service, we do present to you an agreement to sign; this agreement simply lays out how this works so there are no confusions for either party. You can cancel your ZAHA agreement at any time, with 90 days’ notice. We’ll just need to honor any future reservations that are already booked at your home.

What is ZAHA’s property management fee?

Our fee is quite straight forward with no hidden charges. It is determined by several factors, including your home’s location, number of bedrooms, and guest amenities.
