I am Mariam Hassan, founder of ZAHA Vacation Homes.

I am also a mum and a home-maker. ZAHA Vacation Homes is our family-run business based in Karachi, Pakistan and run by me and my husband Hassan. It all started with a trip to Europe with stays at various Airbnbs, and the idea to emulate the same at home.

The concept of Vacation Homes versus a hotel room was so appealing, especially for families, as it provided the luxury and freedom of staying at a place one could call ‘home’, that too during a vacation. The rest, as they say, is history.

After successfully setting and managing a few Airbnbs of our own, family and friends started approaching us to help them set up theirs too, and manage the whole thing. This gave us the courage to formally set up a company to manage Vacation Home Rentals. Alhamdulillah, we have been growing consistently, with an increasing number of loyal guests who prefer only ZAHA as their staycation destination, and also the increasing number of dedicated Home Owners who trust us with their Homes and reap fruitful results from their assets.

The one thing that has always been our benchmark for constantly improving and maintaining high standards at ZAHA is: each ZAHA Home should be a place where families would stay happily, comfortably and always want to return to in their next holiday.
